Agree wholeheartedly and that is why I never buy a paper or listen to the drivel on TalkShite or Sly etc., It goes for all newspapers, only tell you what they want to tell you.
All that lot are all after the hits from a bunch of glory hunting twats who believe anything they say ................ when Man City win that case or charges are dropped then it will be a dark day for them and there gloryhunting followers.

I mean you fooking employ Goldbridge a grade A twat who doesnt even go to games but slags the Glazers for ripping of moronic twats while he does the same thing :)
Wife beaters, drink drivers, animal abusers and a man who spits at kids come on why would you even listen to that

Be very interesting to see if/how Goldbridge‘s output changes. He’s definitely said defamatory things (on the basis we are innocent) towards the club in recent weeks.

On the one hand, because of the nature of his platform he might be considered of insufficient importance to warrant such a response, but he does have a significant reach and profile, plus he’s a plastic rag **** with tangible assets to go after.

If they’ve sent them out to the likes of Tebas, it’s surely not sustainable to have someone with his number of followers continuing to spout lies following that. Surely he’d have to get a shot across the bows too.

There’s a strong school of thought that these charges were brought, not because they had any likely chance of success, but as a way of damaging City’s reputation / undermining sporting achievements.

It’s been done (quite successfully it has to be said) by mobilising wankers like Goldstein en masse to regurgitate unproven / untrue statements about the club.

It therefore stands to reason that in order to redress this damage, action has to be taken en masse with no one potentially out of scope for legal action - including smaller publishers like Goldstein.

The timing is also not insignificant- no doubt this action is being taken ahead of another potential title win which will bring a tidal wave of libellous comments in the media.

Maybe this was the plan for your owners all along , they probably have known all along that there was never gonna be any punishment and it was all about outing a bunch of bitter twats and going after them once and for all,and if that is the case and they do go after the like of Spitty and Goldbridge then indeed your owners are the best out there.
I think once the building work started was a mass giveaway of how confident the club had become.

It was definitely designed for that purpose.
