In 1967, he married his second wife, Daphne Surfleet, who had worked for the English cricket writer E. W. Swanton. Benaud and Daphne often stayed at their holiday home in Beaulieu-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. On 29 October 2008, Benaud's mother, Irene, died, aged 104.

Never heard any mention of Glossop.
That's a beautiful town next to Cannes where all the Hollywood stars used to hang out as it was away from the bright lights.

I take these results are City’s fault

Fulham 2 Arsenal 1
Arsenal 0 West Ham 2
Arsenal 0 Aston Villa 2

Amazing how City now get blamed for other team’s performances.

This is something that doesn't get spoken about enough.

I can accept Liverpool fans in 2019 being pissed, they had one of the all time PL seasons and still fell short.

But this 23/24 Arsenal team wouldn't have won the league in ELEVEN other seasons. They've become so accustomed to their own mediocrity that the moment they have an actual good season they're just owed the title and it can't possibly be their fault if they don't win it.

This isn't fantasy camp. Not everybody "gets their turn". You fucked your chance against a team that everyone knows flips the switch in January and turns into a killer.
