A bit of a silly comment.

Correct white is a colour, the Daily Mail though they have an audience they transmit too and that audience is not very progressive in their thinking of people who are different to them.

If the complaint is state funding is distorting the market then maybe the first look should be at horse racing / horse jumping, golf etc. where state funding has most definitely twisted the equilibrium.
