I'm feeling smug. Smug that we did win the treble and they never have. I'm smug they came so close to it and blew it. I'm smug we have pipped them on numerous occasions to the title. I'm smug we signed Haaland for £52m and they signed Nunez for £75m. I'm smug that we have a better club, team and fanbase than them. Yeah. I'm fucking smug alright. I'm smug that our success eats away at them and grinds them down daily. I'm smug, that I'm smug actually.

Smug is all around… wonderful. Not just cos it must be Xmas season!

Reading her demented ravings in the Sunday Times, I have a sneaking suspicion that Rudd is moonlighting writing stuff for the "liverpool thought bank".

The truth that the majority of the British media never want us to remember, to the point where even a chant about it never being Liverpool's fault is treated as almost illegal and obscene. What a world we live in.

We know it was their fault

but that fact isn't disputed here, the point is you cannot compare media coverage in the 80s and how events are reported now

every story, opinipn piece, rant, vlog, blog, etc etc is at hand now and shared or repeated at will over countless social mediums

for example tht shite Rudd has come out with, mainly only times readers would be aware of it in the 80s and if you didn't read that paper youvwwould probably never know she called us smug, now is can be screenshoted and shared far and wide.


That was all I was saying, any major controversy now cannot just go unoticed and if there is a will nobheads like nick harris will repeat the same bollocks daily to what is a wider audience
