I agree with every word you have written. However, our PR department (or lack of it) is so far of the mark it’s genuinely depressing. The only upside is that Winter has contacts, friends and ex-colleagues who are in positions of influence. If we can get some positive spin from it, then it’s worth the risk. Winter also, might be playing the smart game, knowing that the 115 charges are going to fail. Hence, he is then in the box seat going forward. It’s amazing just how quickly opinions can change 180 degrees when you have to pay the mortgage.
