What is the MEN’s recent obsession with City tickets all about ? Over the past few days they have run a number of articles on the subject and this morning there are three separate articles. Needless to say none of these articles show the Club in a good light.

Good. They're being cunts about tickets and need to be held to account

Probably because the rags have just put their prices up again.

The issue with the media I have is the difference in the reporting between the Middle Eastern owners and those from the US. Indeed the BBC ran an article this week about Newcastle after they won the cup asking how fans how they feel with critics of Saudi Arabia highlighting

Human rights violations
The repression of women
The criminalisation of homosexuality
The restriction of free speech
The continued use of the death penalty
The 2018 murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi
The imprisonment of activists for online dissent
The country's involvement in the bloody conflict in Yemen

Does anyone think the same article would have been written if Liverpool had won the cup. How do Liverpool fans feel after their owners are closely linked with a US regime that commits

Human rights violations - see Venezuelans deported despite the courts stating that they should not
A country that is actively dismantling diversity equity and inclusive policies
That restricts the press see banning of AP and VoA
The continued use of the death penalty
The death of thousands after false information to start a war in Iraq to force a regime change
The imprisonment of activists for dissent - see Mahmoud Khalil
The country’s involvement in the bloody conflict in Yemen

Until such articles are written by our media we must realise that they continue to be biased and discriminatory
Human rights violations
The repression of women
The restriction of free speech
The imprisonment of activists for online dissent

Maybe they could ask everyone about the actions of our goverment, past and present. regarding the above.

So after pretty much 2 days of interactions with Delaney, (I think he fancies me on the qt) He mentioned China and Russia in relation to human rights issues etc.

'Miguel, you write for and are paid by a paper owned by Lebvedev who I am sure is an associate of Putin. Do you not feel rather hypocritical in everything you are saying'

Unsurprisingly, not heard back from him since...
Anyway enjoy your media free weekend blues, only engage if you really want to amd always remember not to tighten ones arteries about paid shills in the media.
I will leave by saying 'Get the popcorn ready' because the internet is going to break very soon.

Well bearing in mind Tony war criminal Blair allowed the act of rendition to take place how can we criticise another country.

Another word for rendition is Kidnap.
Bearing in mind what happened to Fatima Boudchar I would say that the UK did all of the things you have listed.

Needless to say…I used to think this was a badge of honour, but there’s so many of us now, we need a yearly do to celebrate…should fill the Etihad quite easily!!IMG_2085.png
