Edwards can be funny but his hatred of all things City is obvious. Colin Murray is a much better presenter, as for Natalie, yum.

I think it would be fairer if Villa did earn more money than us for their performances so far in the CL, they have been better. You could argue they finished 4th last season, and we were domestic champions, so maybe that should have some weight when distributing CL cash, but that means we earnt more in prize money domestically anyway.

Thanks for that. Tbh, Amazon has the advantage of having the Stadium FX commentary option, so as I can’t get there in person tonight, that’ll be the option I go for. It’s so much more enjoyable to watch the game without the comms.
With it being Madrid, I think wherever in the world a comms is coming from it will be a love-in for them tonight.

Tonight as its on Amazon Prime, all you have to do is follow your nose and select the audio option "Stadium FX", which means there will be no commentary during the game with just the sounds in the stadium like being there, it really is absolute bliss. You still get all the pre match, HT, and FT bollocks, but the actual match nothing.

But I agree next week on TNT you'll have to turn the sound off.

I suspect Rooney will be fairer to City than Ferdinand. His tactical awareness is very poor though. Like many brilliant players his game was based on pure instinct. He can’t see the big picture on the field.

Whenever I’ve heard him he’s never shown anything anti City. His issue, as you say, is he isn’t very knowledgeable. We shall find out later.

Well the spineless ref sent him off, an opposing player shouting for a red card happens quite often. I'm not a fan of him, just making the point that he isn't bitter and speaks well of City and Pep, unlike wankers like Evra.
