The CWC is killing the scum. They are releasing stories everyday via their client journalists to try and look relevant.
The problem for them isn’t just the money, it’s also the PR and kudos that comes with these type of events. The world now see the likes of City fighting for national and international titles, while United are scrapping down the bottom of the league. That’s a huge hit to their favourability, and people start to turn elsewhere for their reflected glory.

This has a huge impact on them, bigger than some have given credit to.

As well as Sly Stone, BBC United - Mediacity, have now got another 2 reporters covering a transfer that hasn't happened yet, if happens at all?

161 comments. And the vast majority of comments are slagging off BBC United for their bias and continued daily reporting of United over other PL clubs.

Ah it all makes sense now.

We're going to see Mbuemo sign for spuds after the press ran the story of him going to utd all summer.

I mean it's the same every summer, red cartel wanker stories day in and day out but it's a great point saying the CWC is killing them.

Just seen one on MSM. Titled "Ranking Manchester united biggest controversies". With a photo of cuntana being led off the pitch. How the fuck is this news ????
Have they referenced that time they went to see the Pope and he told them to fuck off?

To be fair they did qualify for the Defining Education Challenge Cup this summer.

You can’t underestimate the damage being done to their support with young fans overseas. It is made worse by the rapid growth of City and a resurgent Liverpool.Ten more years of this will kill them commercially.
