Manchester born and I have NO idea as to why a shortened version of our name grates you so much. Man City is more than fine by me and thousands of other Blues.
 
Does the UAE pro cycling team get this must hate ?
When ever I watch pro cycling which is alot, I have never heard bad things said about them, it's just about the race.
Israel premitec another pro team again nothing about them being an Israel team.
Other sports don't have this problem so why does football.

I wonder why football is so political, looking into certain countries humans rights record yet ignore the UAS human rights record. Whitch hunting some clubs over finance whilst clubs with huge debt are ignored.

Football is becoming a cess pit when it should just be about 22 blokes kicking a ball about.

The media have played a huge part in ruining football. The media is racist it's clear to see and controlled by Americans. Only the uneducated now read the press/media and sadly that's alot of football fans lol.
The way the BBC allow comments on anything City which are clearly racist is a national disgrace. Yet mention something which fact like a coach attack and the comment is removed within minutes.

I haven't brought a paper for over 15yrs, haven't watched any pre match build up for years, watch the tv with the sound down. What a sad way to watch football in this country.
I don't want to listen to spitty or ratboy, how I miss Brian Moore and the likes.

I get confused how the press/media rave about Wrexham. It's OK for foreign owners to fund Wrexham but not a pl side like Newcastle.

Rant over it's 32c in the house it's to fucking hot and I don't feel well in this heat. Had to leave work due to being sick. Bloody heat !!

The whole world is a cess pit mate, nobody can just enjoy something without some miserable busy **** throwing a spanner in the works.

The world is virtue signalling itself to death.

This is the problem with Pep wanting a small squad, which he flogs to death. It's not beyond the wit of clubs who have data scientists, performance analysts, nutritionists and other specialists who scan every aspect of players' welfare to schedule in some downtime once or twice a season.

There was a time when players would deliberately get themselves red-carded when they fancied a few days off.
I remember one City player's missus had their second or third baby on a Wednesday in mid-December and he was sent off after five minutes on the Saturday.
That doesn't seem to happen anymore.

I know a lad who worked for Liverpool youth before we nicked him. He didn't work under Klopp but obviously knew a ton of people there as he'd toured the age groups. He reckoned Klopp was an absolute gent with young coaches and staff, and would often do helpful Q&A sessions with the foundational and part time coaching staff, volunteering his own time which is very out of the ordinary.

He might come across as a fake as fuck Dwayne Dibley looking ****, but everything I've ever heard has been positive. Maybe he's just rubbed someone the wrong way?
 
Just saw Klopp highlighting CWC as the "worst idea ever"! Just go and tell this to a Fluminese, Al-Hilal, Palmires, Botafogo, Flamengo faithful or even to a Auckland City one! I mean, this European football superiority complex has to end. These sides are getting global recognition finally and really showing what they are capable of and all we hear is moans and whines from the European media/players/managers. This tournament has been a fresh breath of air for such historic and renowned clubs which are not very popular on the global stage and they have delivered with some very strong performances. And they are getting handsomely rewarded financially as well! Seems like a "very good idea" for these teams!

Neymar, seems to always get his sister's birthday/Xmas off but, yeah in general it doesn't happen.

That being said certainly from a City players perspective, they'd just get the time off as has happened many times over the last 15/20 years.
