It's getting a little bit cringy now.

Sly Sports presenter discussing transfers with Mark McAdam said "Mark, all my mates are asking me, how can Liverpool afford to sign Alexander Isak?"

His response: "well everyone knows how complicated the PSR rules are and let's not forget Liverpool didn't sign any players last season. They've also got the extra income from winning the premier league blah, blah, blah"

Talk about a red flag

If they have to go to these lengths to convince the general public that everything at Liverpool is above board then I'm asking: "okay, what are Liverpool up to the cheating fuckers?"

Can't understand this at all.
Conor Moore stage show is all about mocking sports stars, not just Pep.
Mainly golf and football.
Why he would be asked to do it about our club and no other club is weird.

I don't think she will upset him, they seem a very happy match.

I just hope we see him in Sky Blue again before long and playing. Had a soft spot for him since the day he signed and he was photographed wearing a City kagoule a la Oasis styleee. There was an excellent skit done on Sly Sports with Fenners where they were pretending to be City fans, all walking and talking in the Oasis way and when asked said they weren't bothered/ not interested that John Stones had signed. Then the 'interviewer' mentioned JS was wearing a kagoule and the ' supporters ' immediately absolutely loved Jonny boy and launched into an Oasis type John sort of tribute. It was very amusing, so much so that I remember it well even 8/9 years later!!

Doesn’t include Dias so they have a lower net spend that Newcastle…….

Clearly doesn’t include Isak so they don’t have a better net spend than Newcastle.

Isn't it amazing the lengths they go to in an attempt to paint Liverpool in a good light? The net spend champions.

When MCFC spend a couple of hundred million pounds they add on the player's bonuses, the air fair and the consultant fees for their medical.

(Saw Sergio years ago - stunning irl) Rug Rooney and a smattering of LiVARpool players more recently, but nada interest for obvious reasons!

The metrics they use are all hugely flawed - using the transfer fee net spend, there is one large omission from the list (which also just happens to be the most successful in the country over that same period in City). Not mentioned.

But, it's such a hugely flawed mechanism to demonstrate financial governance - for instance, you could construct an entire squad of free transfers but pay everyone £10m quid a week to attract the great talents.

AKA it's just bollocks and proves fuck all about the financial shrewdness of Liverpool who in fact do appear pretty good..............
