Just noticed on the BBC sports site. A little thing but it shows how they do their best to belittle us.
Reading the MCFC report, I thought I would check where we stood in the table, instead it took me to the PL table I tutted and thought lazy ..... Can't even be bothered to link the correct league table.
Checked Liverpool report and pressed the table link and I was shown the PL table but with a tab on the table with a link, which takes you straight the UEFA table . I thought that they had updated all the software.

Needless to say the MCFC report had not been updated but other English teams that played on Tuesday had.
Just another BBC mindfuck to get on my nerves.

Of course you're right about the meaning of the word "ominous", but remember it does have more than two syllables so these guys are going to be really struggling at this point, just pronouncing it correctly is a major achievement for them. You can't expect them to understand what it means as well.

Which is odd if the BBC were inferring that.....I would have thought it'd have the opposite effect on Villareal. By all accounts they fucking hated the idea of playing a match in the US, so cancelling it and telling them a few minutes before kick off should have fired them up even more!
 
Couple of decent articles on Erland in both the Telegraph and Guardian, following his Youtube channel launch. He comes over very well and some good comments BTL in the Telegraph at least. Also Spitty in the Telegraph this morning sees him as the biggest threat to Arsenals title challenge and believes he is the best ever striker in the EPL.

However, after beating Fulham last week I had been told by all the pundits and hacks that they had already won the title again in October.....some things never change LOL!
