Oh Man Rory Smith - I had the displeasure of listening to a podcast hosted by Rory or Miguel Delaney and joined by James Horncastle. The viewer asked a question “ why is arsenal hated so much”

The answers by the three will make you bleed your ears. It was all about city this city that, pep sports washing , no emotion irrelevant club- Arsenal great classy traditional hence the jealousy.
I mean I couldn’t believe mainstream podcast with such vitriol and bias against one club. North Korea media is more balanced.
I used to think James is decent at least but man all these oldies hate us. He was continuously saying “I am so surprised . The answer is quite simple who to hate. The one with charges and who signed Guehi.”

How can you accept any semblance of balance from those cunts!

I’m literally just a few mins into the Guardian Football pod, & Barney (despondent Arsenal fan) is knee deep in the Nation state project, banging on about City’s squad & management being the best money can buy, & breaking financial rules, talk about bitter.

Thanks . Saved me from listening to it ..Funny how no context is ever given for the initial need to spend to break the cartel or for the financial probity of the club in the last few years . No other club in the top six has had a better strategic plan than City and we are seen as the model that everyone else mimics, while all the time moaning about some unproven allegations . How about a few snide remarks about the financial shenanigans of Trafford Rovers each time they play or the shareholder loan fiasco that Arsenal were up to their necks in that City exposed ? And proven too .

I don't care for Aston Villa but the coverage they haven't had this season is symptomatic of the Cartels media grip . After a shaky start they have owned their top five place , got to a Europa SF and played with the dirt of swagger ( at times ) that would be proclaimed as The Second Coming if it was one of the Red Shrills .But they've no " global reach " so it's All Quiet on the Brummie Front . And all this despite being hamstrung by the PSR rules introduced to stifle growth .

Anyone who puts them selves forward through the media mouthing off that he hates something in this case our club deserves anything he gets. I probably wouldn’t have done it in front of his wife, but do I feel sorry for Neville no he’s a self promoting ****.

I walk around with my City hat on, mouthy rag cunts are always saying things and that’s ok. Just depends how light or good humoured it is depends on how good humoured or how nasty my response is. The whole concept of sportswashing is based on a racist ideology that our owner can’t invest his wealth for profit like anyone else. I think we are winning the PR battle because of the beauty of our football. I think some of our most extreme critics are now outliers.

I agree that Neville and particularly his wife, shouldn't have to face that sort of vitriol, walking down the street.
BUT, when your business model is about generating negativity or even hate, then you are partly responsible for the shit your wife got. There are a lot of fans who watch Goldbridge and he now owns that. He of course owns the hate that goes with it.

It could of course be politically motivated and that is the price you pay for speaking up, as Lineker found out. He is also making a lot of money in Manchester property which will make people jealous.

They don't like us because we threatened and eventually broke their closed shop, we could have been owned by a Swede and we'd have still got the flak. Papers have serviced the SKY 4 since 1992 and they will never go against the "Fans" they have manufactured through favouritism and lies.

The only way that we could have prevented the vitriol against us would have been if someone would have bought us and we would have had some sort of blessing from them with promises we would keep our hands off their history and their silverware, you know a meeting between the so called big three in a restaurant to discuss someone muscling in on their business and what they can do about it.

It really is a beautiful thing to watch. The precise definition of Schadenfreude played out in public for us blues. He was so close to bursting into tears, while the other three guys watched with rising amusement. As he got more and more desperate and ridiculous, the others giggled more and more, before breaking into uncontrolled laughter.
