I read an article about the BBC yesterday that said that groups of staff have a defined line on various subjects and, despite the requirement to remain impartial, woe betide anyone who doesn't follow the party line.

The article specifically referred to trans rights, but said there were also other areas where there was an enforced line set by a group of staff, in defiance of the charter. I think most of us already knew that. Time to rip that rancid organisation apart and start again.

The culture in the Salford office stinks. The posh boys dominate proceedings at the expense of everyone else. I have heard this from three different reliable sources including someone who held a very senior position there.
