Later in the article they stated the supporters have equally as little respect for the Carabao Cup as their Manager does. The 90,000 stadium was "less than a third" full, anyone hazard a guess at how that would have interpreted at the Etihad?

Well I think 24,000 is a decent crowd considering

• It's the fourth and least desired competition
• They would put out a second string side
• it was vs a lower league club
• not at the real home stadium
• supporters are also paying for Champions league games
