Honestly could not believe that was true so just been and looked and screenshotted it for a complaint - first 2 stories about them, us 3rd - on our own page
A laudable action pal, but it will get you nowhere. Some parts, maybe all parts, of the bbc are rotten to the core. They gave us jimmy saville, stuart hall and rag arse crawling, fucking organisation stuffed full of cockroaches. When you complain please feel free to pass my comments on

As we all know, BBC Mediacity us full of Cockney Rags, Scousers and Gooners who transferred up to Manchester along with the BBC move. The place is crawling with them.

So the bbc main news reported the transfer as ‘desperation to claw back the gap between them and their table topping rivals Man City’. Liked the word desperation. Very apt. They ended the story ‘will he be worth it?’

I think Dan Roan’s a prick, but I didn’t really notice anything in his piece on the News at Ten that I took as a dig at City. The main gist was that United were paying obscene money. I’m sure some sections of our support are becoming hypersensitive.

I still can't see anything positive from the Sanchez debacle. We looked like we got him, now he's with the last team in the world we would ever want to have bragging rights over us or to improve their team, and whether the bullshit in the media is true or not we will now see bollocks about him snubbing us, not being able to afford top players and/or being less attractive than the fucking vermin in Trafford.

It also sends a message to top players and their agents that if they want top money they don't come to us. Like it or not money is how you get the very best players, and everytime one goes to those bastards instead of us it's fucking galling.

In my opinion, one that it seems most on here don't share, until we start showing the nous to understand that image and commercial pull are important then we'll struggle to overturn that extra £100m turnover or however much it is that those cünts have on us. We really should be doing everything we can to crush them while we have the advantage of a better team, manager and strong finances, before UEFA concoct some other dubious financial shit to keep the rags and the Spanish giants, etc at the top.

We should, in my humble opinion, be doing it like PSG do. I see no sanctions on them. And a star signing will send such a message to the rag bastards as well as pretenders like Liverpool that they cannot touch us. In my opinion we should have paid whatever it took for Sanchez, and if KDB and co wanted the same then give it them too. We must surely be able to afford it.

Bluemoon getting more like Rag Cafe everyday , if we start singing nursery rhymes at the Etihad , that's me done.

Frustrated we didn't get him also but you are wrong on so many points you have made.
I'm keeping faith in what the club are doing.

Some players actually want trophies. They are still getting top dollar mate, but sometimes an extra x amount isn't the be all and end all.

Agreed.

If anything there was a slur on United with the desperation comment.

Even United fans at work are taking the piss out of the Sanchez video.

Playing a f***ing piano.

Just listened to Simon Stone talking about the Sanchez signing on BBC 5 Live. God, he's one dull fart. Wouldn't want to have to talk to him for more than 5 minutes.

Genuine question, what am I missing that you all seem to want for City? Surely everyone would love to see us fauned over and win everything consistently while utd languish in debt and dissaray in about 17th place?
i'll tell you what I want for city, respect. after years of being laughed at, ridiculed, felt sorry for I want respect. trophies are great and in the project essential but I want to be admired too. I like people to know you don't fuck with us, I want sky to throw up as they yet again announce that we are champions, maybe even double winners or god forbid a treble. I want people to fear us, not just opponents but people in the game, including agents. sooner or later a player will have the sense and the balls to say to his agent you can fuck off wanting a wedge, this my career we are talking about and I want trophies. now some players and some clubs are far too shallow and weak to follow our lead. that is what desperation does to you.

give me city and give me being a blue any day of the week.

Jesus Christ - you sound like Kim Jong Un. We've been the benefactor of some amazing press this season. I mainly only read the Guardian/Independent but the number of positive articles I've read is far greater than any other team. We've probably had more fawning this season than most teams combined. You sound like you want some totalitarian propaganda machine spewing up accolades every day!

The most recent example is Sanchez. Sanchez joined United for the money and this has been widely reported, with some papers calling him a mercenary and that City were the moral/ethical choice. Could you have imagined that during the Mancini and Hughes era? No, you couldn't.

We're playing some of the best football the league has ever seen. The vast majority of journos recognise that and have been writing about it non-stop.

Better put your tin hat on, next time you visit specsavers :)
