I'm in another time zone +6 hours BST and was curious that the match reports appeared so late compared to every other ICC game that has been played.
Perhaps because it was Saturday night in Blighty and all the hacks were pissed.

Possibly. But more likely there is a skeleton staff with it being weekend and the game finishing around 1am.

The fact its being debated does show the extreme views of some people though as if the report being uploaded an hour late can offer any indication of bias in any way.

My thoughts also regarding skeleton staff but there was no shortage of live coverage of the Barca vs Madrid game which kicked off later.
Without doubt global click bait vs likkle City.

Just out of interest if this morning the bbc/guardian/express were accused of bias because they did not have an article now they have one what does that prove?

None of it actually proves anything. It just informs opinion.

Mine is that had the City game been one for which a high click-rate return could have been expected, they would have had something up there sharpish. As it happens, they don't believe that to be the case, so it's not. If there is a bias, it's primarily commercial.

See that I would not argue as similarly we receive more media attention than 95 percent of clubs and really why should an independent organisation make commercial decisions based on anything but commercial interests?

Just checked there is an article on it. Is that a full house now from those accused this morning?

So the fuckers watched a video and wrote a piece in the morning then.

All of the above had instant reports on the Classico (Spanish teams that no one really gives a fuck about) and that game was later than ours.

Re the lack of match report for City v Spurs compared to Real V Barca.
It's not like there were:
a) 2 Prem teams who will be vying for the title next season playing.
B) a recently ex Spurs player playing against his old team
C) playing BEFORE the "Classico"
So, the fans were totally right to call it sad bias, even if it meant being called paranoid.
