so the dogging cockwombles arguement is other teams have been inconsistent, well that's the same for every fucking season, the most consistent team wins the league.
75 points to play for and their is 6 points between 2nd and 6th, everyone there is in with a chance still the fucking clueless, deluded, fucking ****

Pep Guardiola's Man City have been brilliant so far - but this is the worst Premier League I've seen for years

So at the start of the season 6 teams were said to be contenders and now all of a sudden it's the worst Premier League in years, despite all the English teams topping their Champions League groups.

No prizes for guessing who's written it.

Don't be fooled by the back-handed compliment in the title, he goes on to criticise us.
"Liverpool aren’t competing, Arsenalaren’t competing…"

So a normal season then?

So after years in which English teams have lagged a long way behind German and Spanish teams in the CL, we finally look like having five teams in the last 16 but this is the worst PL for years?

Doggerlogic at its finest...

Can someone point that out to him on twitter?

He’s blocked me rather weirdly.

The league isn't great this season in the sense that nobody is anywhere near as good as us but are any of the top 6 far off where they usually are after 13 games pointswise?

The season Leicester won, the league truly was dreadful.

And there you have it. Come next May this is what will be repeated by anyone that isn't Blue, City won the title by default, City weren't great, it was the rest that were rubbish. In other years two or three great teams battled it out, this year it was too easy for an average side who have 'spent billions' because the others were poor.

Thanks Stan.

No. Somebody did a post in the top 6 mini league thread that showed that we are well up on last season's result against the teams we have played so far this season, and Chelsea are well down, but otherwise the results of the other top 6 sides are broadly comparable to last season's.

Stan is right the premier league has not been good this year its been fcuking excellent so far what a knob head he is the other sky 4 never spent a penny delluded prick.

To be fair, literally every fan has disagreed with him when he tweeted the article. Even people who don't like City can see he has a grudge against Pep.

Hold the back page. Stan Collymore in outrageous statement shocker to stimulate controversy and clicks. Surely no one will fall for it?

Collybore thinks it's an absolute disgrace that Pep wanted to buy some of the best young players in the world to build a winning team. He thinks that to prove himself he should have been scouting the isthmian league for the best local talent and taking them all the way into the Champions League. In the next breath he will castigate Liverpool for not buying Van Dijk for £70m in the summer. The man is a fucking clown who loves the sound of his own voice. So does Joey Barton but at least he has a modicum of self-awareness and occasionally comes up with some decent points.
