What a load of hypocritical garbage from the disgraced ex sly men. All together now folks " I dont mind as long as it is a hard but fair tackle ". What muppets. That these are NOT fair tackles is fact & Pep is trying to get this point across.

Yes you are being paranoid. It’s a piece for the Mail on Sunday so they like it to go in the Sunday edition, as it will be his article in the print copy as well.

Wenger has sold the Arsenal fans down the river, he knows full well that Arsenal can compete at the top end financially with most clubs us included, the thing is that's not in his remit from the board, he toes the party line laid down by the shareholders and in return he picks up his massive wages and his contract extensions
With this he spouts the bullshit that City are funded by the Sheik and no one can compete with the oil money, the majority of Arsenal fans and football fans in general then believe it, it's then run with by the press and all of a sudden becomes gospel
He knows full well how we are run and that we are run exceptionally well, but if he says this publicly it will highlight how poorly in comparison Arsenal have been run while he has been at the helm and how he has decided to line his own pocket at the expense of the fans and wining trophies and competing at the very highest level happy to pick up an FA Cup and top 4 just to make sure the balance sheet looks good....arsenal fans in general need to wake up and realise your messiah is a fake one and your club turns a greater profit than City so someone is telling lies, look no further than Wenger

Good post. The arsenal moan a lot but don't stay away from matches which would make those running the club think twice about what they are doing.

I’m sure I’ve read before that he is an avid county fan but he’s got a soft spot for City and used to get to our home games whenever he could

He’s probably got a soft spot for weatherfield county too as his Mum Emily bishop was a top head in their firm

I saw him on Sunday Supplement a few weeks ago sticking up for City against the slug Custis and giving as good as he got.

It was obvious what rat boy was up to, taking his directions from swamp HQ and giving the rag media every opportunity to besmirch our manager, academy and club.

Although he does say that Pep has played 5 graduates this season. So contradicting what he's trying to get across.
And, he's sure our reserve team coach thinks, "I'm wasting my time", yeah right.
If Jose had fit senior players, the nippers won't get a look in.
It looks like he and Pogba have had a spat, so Pogba gets dropped for a game, and so the 'kid' gets a game against Huddersfield, more showing Pogba who the boss is than extolling youth

Just because you don't like it, doesnt mean it isn't true. We have been in the last 3 youth cup finals, have won every age group league underneath that, have invested very heavily in the academy and yet we can only find 6 subs and we are bemoaning our lack of squad depth. As for, "if Jose had fit senior players the nippers won't get a look in", it seems like out current philosophy is; "even if we don't have fit senior players, the nippers won't get a look in".

If it was Friday, the U23s would all have been off in Swansea by then, and unavailable.
I'm not sure putting anyone younger on the bench to fill it, sit in the cold and watch a squad he's not prepared with get on with it would be that helpful. Diaz and Zinchenko would be ahead of whoever it was.
 
Reference who gives youth a chance. A table in The Game supplement in today's Times shows minutes played by players under 21. Everton lead the way but United lag someway behind City. Made interesting reading.
 
Ratboy and Slippy stickin the knife in regarding our six man bench , when neither knowing the facts.But it will be interesting to see how many starts Snipenose and Goldenboy get when PEG has fully fit squad to choose from , the Rags front three will be Lukatme and the Merc. with the third spot shared between Martian , Snipe and Goldenboy Rashford . Its just a matter of time before their famed academy ship them out to Sunderland , Neverton or WBA , PEG has never promoted youth and never will because he doesnt have the ability or patience to improve players. The gulf between the clubs is far wider than the 13 point "gap" , and our future with Pep at the helm will take our club to the next level , would be very surprised if we havent lifted big ears in the next couple of seasons with KDB taking the Balon D'Or
