Fact is we have become a punchbag for the media, both written and spoken, and when we have success they shut up. They are on rocky ground though, any sales based organisation that alienates part of their own customer base is doomed, because they take their eye off the bigger picture and the quality drops, a bit like the bbc, and now most people dont care if they get defunded. Other more savvy companies are waiting to feed off the carcasses of the sky and bts sports product and will have noted the mistakes made, the sooner the better too.
