It's funny as I don't remember this much condemnation for VAR when we've had decisions go against us like yesterday.
I'm sure it was just a pat on the back and a shrug of the shoulders for us.

And sky sports news have just said that Sergio pulled the official back! I hope she's OK and isn't off long with whiplash.

Lmao, I don’t know why people do it to themselves.

Not even joking, if Sheikh Mansour privately funded and created a cure for cancer and a cure for the common cold - we all know that Sky’s angle would literally be; ‘well what about people with aids?’.

Soon it’ll be ‘Aguero dragged her to the floor before sexually assaulting her on the touch line’ - facts don’t matter to Sky. Hope they get their wish, Serg banned, but we go on to win every game without him. You just know that will make their mentally handicapped directors and producers cry in to their soiled nappies.
 
Anyone remember Liverpool away last season?
Media - Aguero handled it and then so did Arnold so the goal was right. No check with VAR
Gary Neville - He's just offside (for the 2nd goal).
VAR have checked it and he's level says a laughing tyler!
No drawn lines, no freeze frame, no half and full time analysis. Nothing.
Sterling barged in the area. Nothing

Media - VAR has it's detractors BUT it worked properly at Anfield.
This was ONE game never mind Wolves and countless others where they benefited!

Now they're on the end of two poor decisions and they and the media who cosy up to them want answers!
Well welcome to the party cos the rest of the league have been demanding answers for more than 12 months.
Why not give Eddie Howe a call and ask what he thinks of the use technology?
If it had been used properly (at Villa park when Sheff Utd have a header a foot over the line) he might be a Premier League manager with Bournemouth still!

Let’s not forget we are all still waiting for the VAR shot for Salad’s offside goal in the same game as the handball - literal 5 second review before awarding the goal but for some reason that’s the only var review where the public weren’t allowed to see it.

Plus the Tottenham screw job against us where Rodri was speared to the floor in the box like it was a WWE match before ruling out Jesus’s winning goal for absolutely nowt.

You better believe it’s the end of the world now for the media and Liverpool. VAR was not bought in to screw them over, of course they are going to be fucking outraged, it’s only supposed to screw City so the Premier League get their wet dream of a new winner ever 2 seasons or whatever the fuck it is they want.

Yes mate you are correct. I bet sky don’t mention it and will run with Sergio touching a female. If he touched a male it would be a non story.

Attack city and bury the real story. Corruption in football sponsored by Var. Captain England talks bendy lines with spit face/rat boy and now Var needs revamped again to protect the boys in red. Maybe a 3 match ban for Pickford?
 
DT have a big fuck off piccy of PIckers' attempt at the save where the Greatest Dutchman to Ever Grace the PL got a wee bit tangled up with the turf. I could buy into the media were they to publish on the front page of the sports section a picture of identical acreage of Thuggé's elbow or Virgil's shin cracker (can't remember whose shin it was? Wolves?). But I'm not holding my breath for some measure of even-handedness or an injection of some journalistic integrity. We have seen them operate to the detriment of MCFC for many a season- Adebayor, Mario et al, where they wanted the FA to issue a retro!

Wouldn't put it past the media to rejoice and find some comfort in a one game or even a no game winless streak - just to anchor winless in the same sentence as City!
