No! No! It was that clown who calls himself the Terrace Poet. He told a serious programme on Radio 4 that it just came to him about 'Eric the King' whilst in the Bishop Blaize.
It's a bit scary how City fans had travelled back about 30 years and sang it retrospectively to King Colin.
Either that or that twat (Pete?) Is a lying piece of rag shit.

The only (tenuous) connection with the rags was that it was sung by Scaffold, a play on words with the second name of their ground.
It was sung by the Kippax in the correct format as soon as it made the charts.

It was also sung in a 1968 Christmas review by some hairy arsed squaddies 100 miles up the coast from Abu Dhabi.

It was an important United goal so rules don’t really apply, same v Fulham . Such a great goal from so far out being 10 yards offside doesn’t come into it.

Wondered how they would down play last nights result send for St Marcus of Rashford being racially abused. He should be abused for being a rag not for his colour, but a good way to play the sympathy card.
All I can say about last night is " back in your box Ole you little Muppet.", Accept your team is an irrelevance and get over it.
 
Having just given Ole and Rashford some stick I can at least say neither of them nor anyone else at OT is claiming they have had a fantastic season. Contrast this to the fawning media at Anfield where they seem to believe bronze is the new gold. An utterly pathetic title defence bigger up and excused by the BBC, Sky etc. Don't remember the same positive attitude to us in 2013.
