Maybe be bit of bias towards a fellow countryman ahead of the Euros; could just be an honest opinion. If Dias wins one or even both of the PFA awards tomorrow, he will cement his place as the man of the moment.
Now of course he will have to really live up to it but I don't think he will be phased by it.
