Watched Spurs and Liverpool tonight on BT Sport. My partner also watched it. She's a City fan, and a season ticket holder. She has a soft spot for Liverpool from her youth. I've never asked her why. At some point during the first half She said to me, "are Liverpool playing at home?"(sarcastically)"I said why?" She said. "I've not heard Liverpool fans sing this loud, and for this long, in ages." So I began listening to the fake fan chants. She was right. Pretty much Liverpool chants, even before Liverpool scored, with the odd Spurs chant in-between. I'm really looking forward to Liverpool V City. I can't wait to hear the fake City chants drown out the KOP.
Last time we played there City fans outsang the Kop whilst Sly forced viewers to watch the shite rendition of the song from carousel that they stole from the Rags with the volume cranked up at the home end.
Micah Richards recorded it live from his seat in the main stand and it was clear as day who was the loudest.

This is from the list Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny produced of 8 people that are part of Putin's inner circle – one of them is Roman Abramovich - he's calling for sanctions against him from Western powers.

Slightly off topic.

All of you, watch the Alexei Navalny video about Putin.

It's in Russian, but it has english subtitles. It's on Youtube. You'll have to find it. It last for one hour and fifty minutes, so watch it in parts. That's what I did just to break it up.

F*** me, it's an eye opener.

No wonder the political elite, rich, corrupt, and the famous control the World.

One of many insights. The video will tell you who owns Gazprom, and how they came about owning it.

Remember, Gazprom are one of the main, if not the main sponsor, of UEFA's Champions League.

Great call that. I only watched for about 10 mins, but that included their disallowed goal early in second half, and after it was ruled out, the soundtrack was mass booing at the ruled out goal - but surely it would have been full of spurs fans cheering that decision?!
Steve McPointytwat was in charge of the crowd noise in addition to sticking to his remit of neutral, well informed, unbiased commentary.

It’s done via the same chants on FIFA.

Obviously EA Sports, who make fifa, are just trying to sell it to as many kids around the world as possible so give the “bigger clubs” more stuff. Which means their players look closer to reality, they have more retro kits to play in and their fans have more consistent chants.

The TV companies have just bought the noise off them to play it.

So in their defence, it’s not their product.

How do we know the subtitles are what he’s saying, it could be like the Hitler video ;)

Sorry mate, but what you've written makes no sense to me.

Surely it's irrelevant that the technology/software has been bought in, its usage isn't still controlled by EA sports during a game is it (?), it's not implementation by them it's simply their product.

Is there no differentiation between home and away teams on FIFA in respects to the noises heard when playing the game? Is it deafening cheering whoever scores? Do you just hear wall-to-wall booing if any player is sent off? Or are these noises in the game dependant upon whether it's the home team who scores/has a man sent off?
