They must have a whole pile of tapes for different situations. The
Palace v Hammers game had a clear rendition of “Bubbles” at one point.
Yeah, they do. Each Premier League team has at least one song or chant that's specific to that team, we have Blue Moon obviously and I think maybe Never Felt More Like Singin The Blues, West Ham have Bubbles as you say. I think they were all recorded at actual games a few years ago so there's a good chance when you hear Blue Moon on the TV you're one of the people singing it.
I haven't played the game for a few years but I remember it working pretty well, there were different generic chanting recordings depending on what league the nation is in and stuff like that, even specific songs linked to the bigger players.

Beat signings... in Premier League history?

I think we’re in the post truth era now where Sky are forgoing any attempt at looking neutral and objective.

It's unbelievable. He's been playing in the PL for a mere 12 months. The only thing I am surprised about is that Sky didn't release this at the end of last February.
Yes, he's a talented player but he's shown on several occasions that he can go missing for long periods - sometimes for an entire game as in the LC semi. The amount of complete bollocks served up can only be to satisfy the armchair rags. Anyone who knows anything about football can see Fernandes is some way off being the player the media hype him to be.

It appears the daily mail read this forum as they have the Ilkay charity story. I didnt click it though, it was on a news thing on my phone
And the editor says 'quick, knock out a feel good story about a City player doing his bit for charity and not a single City fan shows any interest, not there are many City fans anyway'?;)
Only joking but you know what manipulative bastards these people are.

I read 'Blue Mist's' excellent post and had a similar reaction, Mike.. only mine was even more cynical, given that I am a bitter and twisted Old Git.. I imagined the 'Daily Mail' sports editorial meeting with whoever leads it saying 'That story we placed yesterday on Ilkay Gundogan's charity.. we barely got any clicks on it.. told you it was a waste of time bothering with it.. they don't have any supporters.. and who is this Gundogan anyway? Right then, back to business.. what's the latest update on Rashford's and Henderson's activity?'

I am more cynical than you but l will concede on 'bitter and twisted old git'. :)
I am convinced that Liverpool are jumping on the Rashford band wagon as a vehicle for promoting player and club 'brands'.
If Klopp can earn £6.8M a year for a year for advertising beer chocolate and whatever else what is the value to clubs, players, and the media
of St Marcus turning up everywhere you look because he signed a letter to Boris which somebody else had drafted.

I'm confused now, should I have clicked on the link then ? I wish some one would tell what to do.

All I can suggest, 'Blue Mist', is to heed the sage words of Sergeant Wilson from the Warmington-on-Sea City supporters branch regarding clicking on the 'Daily Mail' site.. 'Do you think that's wise, Captain Mainwaring..?'
