A good example of the ongoing media narrative - focus on something negative.

Whether it’s Pep’s post match comments (didn’t hear them), focusing on Mendy or the continued insinuation that we pulled a ‘fast one’ with the Everton game.

Just read the Sky match report - they gloss over the fact that we were missing so many players and don’t even list them.

In addition to the known Covid afflicted we were also missing Laporte and Ake, could either of the red teams have achieved this result with that level of setback?

If they had would there be cuntish headlines from ‘Hendopolis’ (wanker) or would they be the bestest team ever?

He's a City fan FYI.

Amen brother. I once had the misfortune to listen to a city podcast with him on it and a couple of blues were basically taking turns to be all buddy buddy with him and having snide digs at City fans perception of the media. It was sickening. They probably were hoping for a career in journalism.

Stu Brennan is a decent bloke from what I can tell, I don't care who he supports.

I don’t agree with the headline at all, but I don’t like Guardiolas response on it either. I can understand it and why he’s doing it, but it doesn’t sit right with me.

Really liked Souness talking about the Dias-Stones partnership, even though it was obvious it wasn't on Sky's agenda. He gets unfairly labeled as a yer da, when it's so obvious that he is the best pundit out there and miles better than the the rat boy/spitty duo. Always talks sense.

The Phil Foden not playing enough is getting really tiresome so first day back at work & ease myself into things I thought I’d do a little experiment.

Using Wikipedia (not always reliable) I thought I’d compare the following media darlings playing first team competitive games versus our Phil at 20. (Not including internationals)
