Official premier league Facebook account had the same thingLaughing my cock off. Have Sky really tweeted that? The media are fucking great. I love them for the belly laughs they keep on giving me.
Media City hymn sheet.Football focus and Ashley Williams on his first ever appearance on the show took all of 60 seconds to lose any credibility. Talking about Arsenal he said they need to be like united who are now back to where everyone wants them to be. Cliched utter bollocks and just shows they have zero credibility and just say what they think the masses need to hear.
Klopp's a lying turd, trying to deflect from his own and his team's shortcomings.
We both played on the 19th of December, us at Southampton and them at Palace. Since then, we've played 13 games while they've played 11. Our 13 includes the 2 League Cup games away at Emirates and Old Trafford (a competition we take seriously unlike them). So our "2 weeks off" involved 2 more games than them.
I wonder if any journalist has done some basic research and pointed that out. The club PR team should be all over this, with an official statement to make Klopp look like the lying hypocrite he is, rather than leaving Pep to deal witb.
Bein sports Andy gray using the Christmas 8 day break narrative as a positive for city without any mention of number players out with covid. It’s therefore workedStone's question was pathetic. He essentially said: "Are you concerned that you will be criticised for having a two-week Covid break over Christmas following Jurgen Klopp's comments." He couched it as if it was true when in fact we had multiple players affected and only one match was actually postponed. In fact we had more games and less rest time than LFC so the Klopp claim was just false.
Stone must know the claim by Klopp is false (he can check on Google). A fair and legitimate question would have been: "Were you surprised by Jurgen Klopp's comments." Stone is a disgrace.
Funny as fuck. In their own team it’s clear as day Cavani is twice the playerOfficial premier league Facebook account had the same thing

What do you thinkDid they mention how well Everton did with the rest from the postponed fixture.
Bet he's been practising those lines all morningFootball focus and Ashley Williams on his first ever appearance on the show took all of 60 seconds to lose any credibility. Of all the cringeworthy lines James Pearce has had to put out over his career in order to satisfy his Liverpool propaganda quota, this might be one of the worst.
That's right, Jurgen Klopp went on a rant about how Lierpool aren't top because unlike City, they didn't have the luxury of a...2 day break.
This is the "corrected" quote.
"We need to play football, train and recover and use each minute to train. We haven't had a break, City had 2 days for covid reasons. It's a tough year. Some teams it looks less, but for us, it's tough."It's even more stupid than the original.
They used to go on about our 'poor defence' despite the Goals Against column showing a very different story.Maybe I do misrember it all. But there was definitely more positivity around our 2011 and 2012 successes

I don’t need to wind my neck in you div, everything I said was fair, true and balancedWind your neck in. I didn't say any of that
Yes but now 2 day break is the optimal restDid Liverpool not get a 7 day break between 19th and 27th?
Wasn't there some stat about having the largest average number of days rest between games (all competitions) over Christmas for Liverpool and City the shortest?
Klopp's gone full Trump on us and the whole sports media have become his OAN.
It was worse as he said no one else got a game off - obviously Everton did but there were also Fulham and Newcastle games postponed (my memory may be incorrect here but we weren't the only team)Stone's question was pathetic.
