A quick check on Google shows we haven't even spent £450m on defenders in the last seven seasons...and that doesn't include outgoings. As usual he is allowed to spread false information with no challenge at all from the reporter.
Just total bollocks. This last pre-season we spent a combined total of £100m on Dias and Ake (and it was actually less because Otamendi was valued at £15m in the Dias deal) That is a modest spend for a club with turnover of more than £500m

Hmmm not 100% on this may have missed it but have it on BT sport 2 they went for ad break then just before going back to build up of benfica arsenal a trailer for next week’s champions league games,now as I mentioned not 100% on this,they show A.Madrid v Chelsea,Atalanta v Real Madrid and lazio v b.Munich round of 16,someone missing or did I not notice us v gladbach..
