tbh, I feel the injustice, of their bias more, immediately after games in which we have been robbed which to be fare is, mostly, the case when we drop points. For me, now is the time both to reflect on those past comments together with their snide remarks of the present which ignore and diminish our achievements whilst lauding much lesser and ephemeral achievements of Leerpool and yoonited. IMO, now is a time to inwardly smile and, in silence, know their disparaging words of both past and present are indicative of their deep, underlying pain and torment that refuses to accept the truth - that, regardless of where we have or may finish in the league or trophies we have or may win - we are currently, (& have been for 4yrs) the best team in the land and all the world. Every attempt to degrade us and glorify others reminds me of how much that hurts them - FACT!

Forgot all the excuses Liverpool have been poor for pretty much a year. They lost 3-0 to Watford on the 29th February last year. Starting at that game their record is P36 W17 D9 L10. Almost a full season for only 61 points.

It's not as if anyone could have been possibly unaware that Liverpool have had an injured defender after months of mourning, the BBC even giving VVD two mentions and clips in a edited highlights programme.
Piss poor from an educated and formally trained journalist.

Oh come on, don't be so unreasonable, for a team of such delicate touch and imaginative creativity as Livarpool even the length of the grass and the width of the line markings are of crucial significance. And they would have broken every record in the book last season if they'd scored more goals and won more matches. But God messed it up for them to save his favourite's blushes.

A favourite memory was singing 'Sit down Pinnochio' and then 'Fuck off Pinnochio' as he kept jumping off the bench and almost boiling over with anger. I would like to be his wife not just because of his looks but because of his temper and stupidity.

but a lie is a lie, it isn't like Pep isn't asked at every press conference about who is injured and he states the injured players every time.

A 'top' journalist would surely know this, so he can only have been lying but why do it? Especially when you're heaping on the praise, it is odd behaviour tbh

In context to the interview which was glowing he said he cannot get in the side and gave no reason as to why so not a lie but misinformation. I’m not defending any journalist or media I thnk 99% of them are complete arsewipes. I feel a lot of fans jump on any negative they can find

But to get that wrong,
Would he say VVD cannot get on the bench, I cannot understand these hacks, pundits, they spout nonsense that happened 40 years ago, but cannot get right the present reality, and it is a fair point.

Exactly bang on MC, and it’s a shame the journalists on SSN can’t say City are a well run club, instead they say “ we have more resources” throwing another negative out there, what gets me is, nobody pulls them up over there comments/lies.

but he will have known fine well why he can't get in the team and even if he was fit he would then be rotated in, I could have understood if he said Laporte now can't get in the side as first choice, at least this is a true statement, of course, he then could have said it is due to the superb form of the rejuvenated England CB Stone's but hey ho, small steps eh :)

I get all that and agree but for a change it was a positive interview on the whole which makes a pleasant change especially on Sky
