In the meantime is it too much to expect professional journalists from accurately reporting the ownership structure of our club? Sheikh Mansour has business interests all over the world including a major stake in the car firm Ferrari but you don't hear people referring to that as being "state owned."

Some very good points. I would argue that Khaldoon is the face of City and he is regularly seen in attendance. Mansour put his top man in charge. We are an investment not a photo opportunity.

The point is City are just one of his many investments in his personal portfolio.
He also invests for a living for AD so many, many stakes in diverse sectors of global stock exchanges.

Why should we expect his attendance? Are we really that special compared to others and if so would he leave himself open to giving us special treatment perhaps giving ammo to those who claim our purchase was purely political.

They posted the Russia isn't safe and everyone will get battered if they go etc etc for months before ...didnt stop them all lapping up the corporate gifts .
