You are railing against what is being reported, and exemplifying what should be reported. That is as admirable as it is foolish, and I actually agree with your words, and sentiment (foolish me, too).
You say all should be reported on, and treated the same way? Well I can tell you now that there is nearly a 21,000 post thread on this one little old message board that provides many, many examples of that not being the case.
Our owner doesn't visit the club, and us fans are left to face the music from all quarters on his behalf.
So, to reiterate, i would like him to, but I am not stressed that he doesn't come to games, but the media are, and other fans. Their ire is directed at City fans and we soak up all the bullshit and lies - that may be a trade off we can all live with, but it's also a trade off we have no negotiating position in.

For god's sake chillout. Things aren't really that bad for City fans.

I agree, don't worry about it. What's important is the fantastic football were watching while collecting trophies along the way. I guess it's easy for me because I don't converse with rags or dippers, read the sports tabloids or get on twitter.

Some were so delirious that they would climb the barriers and desperately attempt to gain access to the main entrance just to tell the man how grateful they were for all his efforts.

Agree entirely.
Seem to remember at Maine Road wondering why our reported crowd was only say 30k whereas it seemed to be packed out.
In those days it was assumed cash businesses declared only a percentage of its real takings.
Now we are accused of over estimating RE Emptihad with our owner actually investing more than actual takings.

I fear that if we are hated so much by other teams, the media and the general public then no amount of trying to prove our innocence is going to work..
Just let's enjoy being successful blues and perhaps be a little smug that others have to be content with praise for much smaller achievements.

Totally agree. I can't be arsed with the whole narrative about city anymore. I just don't care, and that's what I tell opposition fans when they mention human rights (wtf) or money spent "I dont care, we're winning stuff"
 
What a great gesture by the top boss, it would be even better if they used our plane as one of the many for the trip :)
