The BBC Home page this morning. I am sure that the football world were hanging on to every kick of the Lille game, French football is massive!! No shocks the dippers are on there though. BBC are really bitter!!

City won the league a few weeks ago, Kevin Ellison scoring for Newport to help them into the play-off final was the big news today for me, he is like some immortal highlander.

We wrapped the title up before this final round of games.

The story this week regarding the press/media was the race to finish in the top four.

Stop dwelling on the reported press, who we know dont like praising our club anyway.

Celebrate what was a fitting end to a legends career with our club, and lifting the league title

Anyone who contributes a licence fee to these fools needs to get a life, don't pay your licence fee!
I am quite proud to be the only person on Blue Moon who pays his licence fee, the only law abiding one it seems. I also tax and insure my car as well.
Do you think l should watch Sky or BT as unbiased dumber than dumb alternatives?

Up to you, if you happy to support the BBC and their shameful acts of racism, corruption and covering of pedophiles, good luck to you, I for one would not be proud to support this vile corporation.

The BBC was once the pride of the world, the source of news for the whole world, news and information that was trusted by the world, the BBC of today has as little credibility as Fox news.

I live 10,000 miles away from the UK, the BBC.com news page finds Liverpool finishing 4th more deserving than the Premiership Champions being crowned and one of , if not the greatest players ever to play in the UK who played his final game in the said Premiership does not even merit a mention.

Regardless of my allegiances , that is appalling news coverage and why? Does the nationality and religion of our owner play a part in that, in my humble 100%.

After your first couple of lines l stopped reading.
Why is the BBC and its licence fee of interest to anyone 100000 miles away perhaps in the land that gave birth to Murdoch?

*grins* I pay my licence fee, didn’t have to for a while then someone, either Government or BBC, withdrew the free licence to us oldies. However, although I could pay it annually my protest is to trickle it out monthly!
the people I won’t pay my money to is SKY. :-)

Absolutely disgraceful by Sly. One match report at the bottom of the page. One match report about a thrashing to end the season 12 points ahead, a performance of champions and a legends last game in the premier league. You can just feel the hatred by the absence of what should be "top billing" articles/reports. Well get this you fuckers, you just might have to write one more match report through gritted teeth and boiling piss about the best footballing team in the world lifting old big ears to round off a fantastic treble.
You've got a nerve after the utter shite you posted on the Brighton post match thread.

When I was driving from the tram stop I started listening to Talk Sport and they were talking to an Everton supporter who must have been giving out about their team and how they started off the season well etc. But he really made me laugh out loud when he was going on about Richarlison, he said ‘he spends half the time on the floor saying he’s been hurt and the other half crying because he hasn’t been’! (Or words to that effect) Just summed up the cheating little baby this afternoon. I was one of the fans who booed him and shouted cheat, in fact I think nearly all the fans did.
It’s something I do rarely but that so and so deserved it. IMHO
The Talk Sport guy was lapping it up but I got home just after that so didn’t hear any more.
I was more polite than you and gave him the one finger salute. :)

I thought Sky was in the main ok yesterday and some of it memorable. My favourite section were the interviews with Kun, Pep and Phil. Micah stating his undying love for Phil was just priceless and funny. Poor Phil just had a huge grin on his face.
the tribute to Kun was good too.
The same Micah that didn't include Phil in his premier league XI in this morning's Mail?

Because I am a British resident and tax payer, have a problem with that?

Wet Sally full sports slot devoted to the rugby player with motor neuron disease and his friend who ran all those marathons to raise money. Decent guy great cause. Biggest sports story?

Now 10mins in to the most thorough rimming job of cantona by the hosts. Media city really hurting today!

They let Cantona gibber on for 18 minutes. City making history whilst the BBC are wallowing in history.

My contract with BT ends soon and when it does the corrupt BBC will be informed that I am no longer willing to fund their odious organisation. Any games I can't get to I will watch later in full on the City web site. Not ideal, but at least I will feel happier not to be enriching companies that actively despise our club.

week

Exactement m'amie. I pay as l go too.
Just about now Cantona will be on with the BBC promoting the second film about the rags in a week so replying to you whilst eating my brekkie is a pleasant diversion.

Although l am very critical of BBC Sport particularly on the Breakfast programme l get my money's worth using iplayer over the full range of radio and TV channels and looking forward to Cardiff Singer of the World a complete opposite to the Eurovision Song Contest.

Yes the great Cantona who charged the Munich survivors charity £90,000 to play in a charity match

You need to see the bigger picture. As I have said before, these reports (or lack of) are cut and pasted into the local press outside UK, if City's achievements are not being fully reported, as is not the case with both red teams, then how can City grow their presence? To report a French teams achievement over and above an English teams on a British news site is unacceptable.
Foe example, tell me where the coverage of City's premiership win is in this local paper:-
