Spot the 'deliberate' mistakes.....

He was here six and a half years, not just six?

I'm not actually going to click on it and increase their revenues BTW if it's something within the article.

Understand you not wanting to click on it.

It states we were beaten at home by Middlesbrough 8-1 before the Saudi wealth came in.

Could be more as I stopped reading then.

It says the new Saudi owners found him surplus to requirements, though he signed for Sheffield United two months before the takeover

Ah but the Saudis refused to take us over unless we sold him, I'm surprised you didn't know that. The fact that his dad owned a chippy was a deal breaker and he had to go

I just had a read of this... It's just a mess of an article. Typical click bait, anti-City agenda fueling headline, which is then contradicted within the article itself. He can't have been ''shipped out when Sheikh Mansour's money arrived'' if he was sold a year before he took over.

But it serves It's purpose in that the idiots who read it for their anti-City fix will be satisfied. The standard of the press and journalism in general is unbelievably poor now. Not just for football, for the mainstream news as well. It's hard to see it improving any time soon either.

Shame I can't double like this! Spot on. They're the lowest form of life!

It pisses me off that not only are they allowed to just get away with spouting shite almost continually, but they get the best seats in the house when they come to our place and are well fed and watered too. The club should build a Gene Kelly stand somewhere for them to sit, where they are open to the elements and get a cold pie and a cup of lukewarm Bovril at halftime. It should say PRESS in big letters outside and they should be kept in for ten minutes after the final whistle, then let out to run the gauntlet of appreciative City fans as they make their way back to their cars.

More fool me for clicking on it and reading it, but that is appalling.

I don't believe it is poor fact checking, I believe it is purposely written incorrectly to fit a narrative and infuriate us to then click on it again etc etc........

We can't even make it onto a chocolate

Cadbury have unveiled a new raw range of club chocolate bars and they look pretty unreal.

The new range puts a spin on the traditional (and delicious) Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar, by releasing it with limited edition packaging that boasts some legendary clubs' colours.

The stellar line-up of bars features five clubs: Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Man City bar - pure mint inside
Rag bar - soft centre with the Lindelof and Fred Varieties.
Arsenal bar -very flakey
Spurs Bar - melts very easily especially close to best by date.
Chelsea Bar - changes recipe twice a season
Dipper bar - very plain but take the empty wrapper back for full refund. Net spend - nil.

I've not read it. Did he really write that our owners were Saudi?
Yes article states Saudi Arabian. Still as far as the Star is concerned they are all the same bearded type chaps with hawks on their forearm. Why bother researching properly or employing an educated proof and fact reader / checker? Just splurge it out and put it online. They are a disgrace and the sooner they go bust the better.
