it worries me though as all these fuckers will club together and push for US-style franchises.

I've just noticed in this morning's DT that Declan looks to be getting a three matcher for suggesting that the ref in their Europa game t'other night was less than even-handed. Can't understand what possessed the lad. Everyone knows that anything and everything Uefa and their apparatchiks do is scrupulous, impartial and the good of the game is the driving force of its 'raison d'être'!

Seen a few headlines and remarks like we "only" have the title left to play for , the Dipper love-in is reaching new heights of blowing smoke up rectums , Chelsea will be motivated to stuff the Dippers after their Carabao Cup defeat ,and Madrid have definitely got the knack of beating vastly superior teams and we have the Premier league title in our hands.
If the Dippers end up with "only" the Carabao Cup the media will still try and convince all and sundry they are the "best in the world" but the record books will say differently.

Probably bollocks but if Pep thinks he can get a tune out of Pogba, I trust Pep.

This might be a gramme of trust too far. Since arriving and wearing the devil's colours his main characteristic has been bone idleness, and his contribution to the team has been a noticeable measure of disharmony. Pep wouid probably be starting from the lowest point he has ever started with a player, and if Poogba were to buy into the City team ethic it might take two seasons at least to get summat that would be fit to carry Kev's gear into the changing room. Think again on that one.
