Many thanks for contacting us about an article on our BBC Sport website headlined ‘Liverpool for sale? What's going on at Anfield’ (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/63555465).

When discussing the financial capabilities of some of Liverpool’s rivals, the piece now reads as the following:

‘It has become increasingly difficult for clubs to compete with rivals Klopp said recently can "do what they want financially" - namely Paris St-Germain, Manchester City and Newcastle United.’

We’d like to thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us, which we’ve discussed with the team at BBC Sport. This helps to inform decisions about current and future content.
Got the same response- still bollocks, you’d think FFP had been dropped for certain teams only

It's a personal error but where the fuck was the defensive cover?
Long ball over the top. It’d be unusual to have defensive cover behind the keeper.

It’s just one of those things. A cock up that’ll be forgotten by lunchtime apart from by Wiegman.

Ederson get far more pellets on here for not making mistakes!

The BBC are so in touch their article today about the UK and Ireland’s Euro 28 bid refers to our ground as the City of Manchester stadium, demented cunts

I saw that. I think it might be because sponsors named grounds aren’t allowed in certain international tournaments.

Me too. Wonder why they don’t say ‘FSG decide to take money out of their club, which they are entitled to do, but others, eg the owners of MCFC choose to leave the earnings there, so the club can benefit”
Oh, forgot, it’s the BBC and it doesn’t suit their target audience.
