All I’m hearing from the media is all the things that City will be punished with if they are found guilty. I want to know what happens if City are cleared of these allegations, seems the media already know the outcome.

Just like they did with the UEFA kangaroo court farce. I can't recall any pseudo journo looking at the case from City's viewpoint or considering for a second that City may be innocent of financial wrongdoing. City were guilty and would be banned from the CL and that was it. The daft fuckers are setting themselves up for another fall.
