Not one story on the sky sports app about us and this shite from the premier league, looks like they've removed all links and stories, this after we had about 5 or 6 stories about us up there when the witch hunt started.

I wonder if they've been told to remove them?

But on the flipside of that it's all the rags and Qatar and backslapping from that absolute prick solekhol.
When I see his name I always think it is a cough medicine.

There’s there’s been a few City fans on various podcasts this week with a bit of a downer on our owners and failing to consider the outcome if we’re innocent. The lad on the Bluemoon show this evening saying he felt City’s statement this week felt a bit sinister and worried him and kept making the point. I don’t know about anyone else but I felt it wasn’t strong or bullish enough, where he got sinister from I don’t know? He definitely wasn’t speaking for me or any blues I’ve spoken to.
I just don’t understand that mentality. I don’t think anyone would say our owners are perfect but they are a lot better than the alternatives. Even if someone wants to believe we’re guilty, why would you believe we’re the only ones who’d been at it? Football’s a cut throat business. This is 100pc a time to bullishly defend the club. Can you imagine the way Scousers would be behaving if they were in our shoes?

Yep, early 60's - won the cup the same season. Beautiful team, some really wonderful footballers, talented, gifted, and it coincided with the beginnings of the MotD, and the BBC took to 'em as a precursor to the Rags turning up. They were never off the programme. Someone wrote in and complained and they changed to another game - the day we played 'em. Battered 'em 6-2 and there's not a single frame of celluloid as far as I know. Young 'n Wagstaffe were unplayable.
I think John White played in that team and died on a golf course after being struck by lightning. I am a bit too young to remember that team but I knew Terry Dyson's brother, John, he was very proud of his sibling and eulogised over that team.

Talksport just reported City are putting netting up above the away section after a girl was hit by a coin from the "away section at a game"

FFS why not mention it was from the Liverpool fans? Always protected in the media those whinging victim c*nts.
The DT have a report this morning about the netting and mention that it was the Dipper scum and CFC fans who were to blame. They even reported that Hogan, CEO of the club, telephoned the father of the girl whose head was split with the pint point of money lobbed down. No mention, though, that they have offered to pay damages on behalf of the animal who lobbed it, or visits to a private plastic surgeon to ameliorate the life-time scar she has.

I think the lobbing of stuff down on to Level One during those two matches was far worse crowd misbehaviour than the 'invasion' of the pitch at the end of the Villa game last season, including the 'barge' on their goalie. The latter cost the club a quarter a million pounds. What fine did Liverpool get, or was that another one they slapped on us?

John White was superb. Absolute class - he was one of those footballers who trained the ball, like yer can train a dog, and got it to do what he wanted.

I'm not making a comment.

Kevin Parker, general secretary of the club's official supporters' club, admitted all of these achievements would be slightly stained if the club was found guilty.

'I've placed my faith in the football club,' Parker told The Sports Desk podcast.

What do financial charges against Man City mean for the club and English football?

'[The achievements] will be tainted if the club are found guilty. If anything I'm hoping as a City fan it has this mentality to bring everyone together.

'No matter what might happen in the future, nobody can take away some of the special moments we've had.

'No matter what happens off the field, nobody can take those fantastic moments away from us.'

I watched “the overlap” & I just wanted to say fair play for having a go to @twosips. You didn’t have all the answers, you wouldn’t be invited on if you did but you came over as a fan & managed to call them out for a few things. You said you all hate Man City & Neville was offended, nearly came out with some of my closest friends are blues. I’d have asked well would you be happy for City to be cleared & then we realise everything is ok & sporting merit decided it.

What I would recommend is brushing up on finances, you’ll be smashed with it every time so even if you find it boring you need to get it right so reach out to someone. It took balls & everyone is hammering you but you held your own.

Now I’d like to say to Neville you arrogant fucker. Saying that City must be fiddling as how else can they get higher revenue than Rags & Madrid without considering…..

Rags in his words have been absolute disgrace, leaking roof, shit training ground, poor recruitment etc etc

What makes him think the commercial dept is better?

Covid

Servicing debt

Not in the champs league

Onto Madrid & they aren’t in the EPL so you got City in the 2 highest paying comps & those only in 1.

If I’m not right no one’s questioning our recent accounts so stick your arrogance up your arse.

Thanks mate! To be honest I had a load more to say about finances etc but I was genuinely interrupted so many times that I never got to those points. Ah well.

Still, think I held my own well! Oh and the Neville thing - I absolutely planned that in advance ha. I was going to call Carragher and Neville out for not liking City and I knew the latter would get defensive due to Salford meaning he ended up defending us in a way. Played him like a fiddle! :)

Liverpool don’t see their achievements in Europe as tainted by Heysel. Man U don’t see their achievements as tainted by the extra 15 minutes Fergie got at the end of every match. Chelsea don’t see their achievements as tainted by Abramovich. But our achievements are tainted because Bobby Manc might have got £1.5m off the books and because an arbitrary and recent spending rule designed to un-level the playing field says so? Yer’what?
