On the verge of binning all football media formats , the diatribe against our club isnt just a couple of media outlets it is every outlet singing from the same hymn sheet , their intentions are transparent , they have to appease their core customers of Rags and Dippers.
Any truth in articles is just a bi-product and we will never get the praise we thoroughly deserve , so the only news i will look at in future will be on MCFC website and this forum , any matches i watch on the telly will be viewed from five minutes before kick-off and turned off immediately after the game , getting tired of the predictable bullshit and agenda trotted out by the same idiots.
Quite happy witnessing the most beautiful football ever produced by a team in this country under the best coach ever to draw oxygen , so i am going to bury my head in the sand , no more Sky , BBC , BTSport ,Newsnow , Talkshite or this media thread , ive got better things to do than be witness to jealous , envious cretins spout lies and innuendo .
We are the best team in the world , we know it ,and that is all that matters and we do not need on rare occasions anybody to blow smoke up our arses.

The other issue was his goal celebration, where he ran the length of the pitch and taunted the Arsenal fans. He was rightly booked for that, and it was clear why he was booked. Mark Hughes was told by the fourth official that he'd been booked for the way he celebrated.

But that was a problem, as he couldn't then be subject to retrospective action for it. As you said, Ian Watmore was the FA Chief Exec and an Arsenal fan, and went on 5 Live on the Sunday morning saying Adebayor would face further punishment. I was at a meeting at City on the Monday night and they told us the story, which was that Clattenburg changed his report to say Adebayor was booked for time wasting, in complete contravention to what Hughes had been told by Clattenburg, via the fourth official.

I assume there was some back room deal done, whereby Adebayor got a suspended ban for that and we agreed not to push the duplicity.
The clear corruption over the time wasting bullshit was that Adebayor's hell for leather sprint towards the Arsenal fans took only 30 seconds which was less than routine celebrations when a scorer runs towards his own fans and is mobbed in a pile on by his team mates.

He was quite a bit quicker than Dzeko was against QPR.

Hes a plastic dipper from Birmingham
Makes sense. Why do the BeeB employ such bellends though….box ticking? or do they genuinely believe he is a talented sports writer ?

Surely a pre requisite would be the ability to be impartial….and to construct intelligent, thought provoking prose….

I see what you did there :)

It’s the little things that promote the red clubs that annoy me the most. Bbc sport has previews for the weekend games, they generally have the photos of the managers who are playing Saturday on a Friday, but guess what they have a picture of the mad gurner this week (they don’t play till Monday!)
