This shite never ends.....

From the Observer.

Yes, elite football is a plaything of global wealth. But it could be part of another, better England

A new US television deal enriches the Premier League further still. Will the game remain insulated from wider society, or help reshape it?

Manchester City's Spanish manager Pep Guardiola after the club – majority owned by the Abu Dhabi United Group – won the Premier League for the fourth time in five seasons in May.....

The ruling houses of the UAE and Saudi Arabia are certainly not counting on Manchester City and Newcastle United to bankroll their retirements, but are busy using them to burnish their global reputations.....

Look at the way that Manchester City has bullied the city’s council
The Observer......... says it all.

Two contrasting articles in the Times. Jon Northcroft in full deluded dipper mode wanks himself silly with his take on how well the dippers are run compared to the rags and how their ownership model is a blueprint for success - conveniently ignoring the only important fact ie the dippers small time haul of trophies compared to other big clubs

Then Rod Liddle once again gratuitously hammers the rags and their entitled fans arguing that their current state is pretty much par for the course in historical terms and that they were spoilt by the huge over achievement of the Ferguson years

isnt it funny the rags v dippers game is suddenly on mnf when does that usually happen. it would usually be 4.30 kick off today but conveniently theres a train strike so it was quietly picked for mnf. so due to train strike and season ticket holders being from london.
They are fucked Tomorrow as well as Avanti have decided they don't want to run trains to save themselves some money.

Is there a reason legal action isn't being taken against these pricks banging on about sportswashing?... Surely taking zero action is giving credibility to what these fuckers are saying.
The club are going to release the pictures they have of Deloony fellating a pig during Peps pre match sky interview later today.

Not a single solitary word about us in the Sunday Times sports section today.
The title holders playing in the 4.30pm kick off today - game of the weekend
and not a word. It does however have Sterling's rant slap bang centre stage.
