No ‘goal’ was actually ‘ruled out’, as no goal was scored. Coutinho was flagged offside (incorrectly) by the linesman and the ref blew his whistle, so play was halted. Where has this ‘goal’ ruled out narrative come from

Exactly… there was nothing wrong with the ‘Bernardo’ goal, Rodri was not offside by the laws at the time. No errors made by anybody…except Mings of course.
