:-) Rabin was superb on there, even got deloony or was it castles, making up a false account just to troll him! Rabin bless him was putting up a great fight against those fuckers fairplay. I had to quit twitter, too toxic for me.
it was a very toxic place, I'm glad I'm off it tbh

Wouldn't listen to the athletic podcast this week then lads, not much about liverpool in the whole scenario. I doubt their podcast is as balanced.

What probably gets City’s and the fan’s backs up is that there isn’t the same uproar about Liverpool. Where are these articles about how Liverpool fans letting themselves down for throwing coins, spitting down on away fans and smashing up coaches again? These events are becoming a common occurrence with no action being taken so it’s seems to me that City are saying ‘oh f off’ in response because that’s basically what they themselves have been getting for several years.
The problem is twofold:

Firstly, the written press are petrified of the scousers and the broadcasting media are so far up their arses they've lost all sense of objective reporting.

Second, the dippers are that feral that nobody expects anything less from their disgusting behaviour.

A member of this forum once summed the dippers up perfectly (in my opinion) in a single sentence: "They're offended by everything and ashamed of nothing".

Fucking rag ****. Look at the reporters that are close to Liverpool defending them and we’ve got “our” reporter twisting the knife into City. Fuck him.
Haven't his own team's fans spent the last 20 years singing "Murderers" every time they play the Dipps and hanging banners from the M62, but when we do it and it's vile and disgusting?

I’m in total agreement, it’s one of those anomalies, you can’t see actual contact but it makes you think how can it not, the only mitigation is there isn’t a shadow on the ball suggesting close contact, but that will never influence a decision one way or the other. The issue is why a full VAR check wasn’t instructed & the commentary team never got involved, which Ratty is an expert on, he’s normally fed replays at speed so he can pass judgment (and no doubt offer his influence to those making decisions) would it be a stretch to say cancelling out a second goal in a game of this magnitude could damage the product?
Very strange it wasn’t even looked at and for rat boy to do one of his. Oooooh’s

Getting bored of the shit aimed towards City when we’re guilty of what other teams do and they seem to get away with it. Still think that statement from Liverpool is the maddest thing I’ve ever read.

I suppose we are hated cos we are rated, if we were mid-table in the Championship, we would be off the Rag/dip axis of evil Twitter radar

Hillsborough chants are appalling, and need stamping out but not sure why the club should apologise for the actions of a small minority of idiots. I don’t recall United or Liverpool ever formally apologising in the past for Hillsborough or Munich songs? Also, an off the record briefing doesn’t constitute an “official position”.
