Man City and Liverpool are favourites to be crowned 2022-23 Premier League champions.
That's according to bookmakers Betfair, who are predicting another two-horse race with Pep Guardiola's Citizens available at 8/13 and Liverpool at 12/5.

They’ve added to their squad but hardly improved their best starting 11. Their defence is not great and although they beat us twice last season I can’t see them getting better than 3rd/4th but Conti is an impact Manager and I agree they could challenge for 3rd. With the added distraction of CL football which has given them the platform to sign these players, the lesser European comps have allowed Spurs & others to switch up their teams heavily, keeping squad players happy & match fit, with CL football finding the right balance & keeping squad harmony is a little more difficult, I expect them to be top 4 and surprise a few in the CL, but not challenge for the titleDepends how quickly Spurs' new signings can gel and they can shake off their Spursy tendencies at the wrong time if they are to be considered title challengers.
