Someone please tell Simon Jordan to stop repeating misinformation on the CAS verdict being based on "technicalites".

He said it multiple times in this clip and he's been repeating it every time it comes up. I'd actually love if CAS reacted with legal threats to his accusations:

There's a Live youtube link:

Jordan is constantly repeating lies about the CAS hearing. He has just repeated the same tripe about time barred and inflating sponsorship deals.

Who the fuck at City allows this to go unchallenged.

I know for a fact James Ducker is a red (used to be mates with his brother), so he can be added to the list with Sam Lee and others. Martin Samuel usually talks sense and facts, so keen to hear his take on it.

I'd be shocked if Samuel doesn't say "if they're found guilty, throw the book at them" - that's a position which I find difficult to argue with.

I expect he would also raise some of the questions about the timing and whether the charges are fishing.

City PR / media team are soft as shite, that's why.

I'd really like to know if anyone on here has tried to phone in. I know why people wouldn't fancy it because he always goes rogue(dark arts to fluster the opposition) on people who are getting the better of him, before the editors cut them off the line and move on but it's like they already know what argument they are going to make before they are on the line for 99% of the callers. He's never challenged on his mistakes/misinformation. That says to me they are vetting callers. Those who know their onions would have to strategise, to get around their guard.

Some City fan phoned in early but was stating FFP rules ain’t fair instead of telling Jordan he’s talking out of his arse and knows nothing about the CAS ruling.

I already know what to expect when I give the clown a listen but it never fails to disappoint me that nobody says what I'm waiting for them to argue.

Ladies n gentlemen… the great british media

5 mins of 5live on with that smug **** nicky campbell (who called us manchester united)
They had on;

Steve the scouser: its not fair, we cant afford to buy anyone and went toe to toe with city. They should be stripped of titles
(He literally said, “we cant afford to buy anyone”. He wasnt pulled up on £85m cart horse nunez)

Ali from yorkshire: city were fined £10m off uefa so MUST be guilty of something. He , of course, wasnt put right on that fact.

Richard from boston; boston were relegated 3 divisions for cooking the books so the same thing should happen to city. It wasnt questioned what exactly boston had done and whether it was the same.

Then… campbell introduced ‘mike the 4th generation city fan’. Great i thought, bit of balance.
Mike wanted to put ali right in what the uefa fine was for.
Campbell first cut him off mid sentence to say a stoke fan had text in and said the 2011 fa cup win should be handed to stoke. (Mike called him an imbecile from stoke. Nice one mike).
Then before mike could finish what he had been interuptedly started he was cut off to go to the news. He never hot more than 10 seconds to explain the uefa fine and it was nothing to do with us being guilty of anything!!

I think we can all agree if we’re found guilty we should be punished…but so long as the forensic analysis is also applied to the rest of the PL……..

For once can't complain of a lack of City coverage on radio 2, 8 30 sports news this week. Yesterday orgasmic response to Kanes goal against us on Sunday, this morning extended coverage of charges against us, which they seem to have already decided our guilt. Not one word of balance. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I think we spoiled the fun for the red shirts oh and our owners seem to be the wrong colour.

Has a fan or somebody from Manchester City screwed Jordan's wife or something. The bloke can't stop talking about us and kept making sly digs.

He mentioned that our criticism of FFP preserving certain clubs is.bollocks and clubs can do well and gave the examples of Brighton and Brentford. Since when have either of those two clubs won a trophy and have competed in the CL?

Jordan needs to stop sniffing the Colombian marching powder and have some self awareness that he was a shocking chairman who ran a club in to administration.

I had to turn it off when that "bitter scouser" - his words - started banging on about their "limited" resources. Record $700m+ revenue but they don't have 2 pennies to rub together.

Simple Simon getting his facts wrong again. Good on Ric for putting him right.

Man how I’d love to bump into Ian Herbert outside the ground, anyone who encounters him inside the ground should spill their drink on him

Maybe I am just a bit touchy ATM but here's another one that pissed me off today, this time from the Evening News.

Headline (about Cancelo's) departure:

'He made the best decision' - Bernardo Silva

Makes it look like he's saying Cancelo is well shut of this place, doesn't it.

The actual quote is:

"Sad for the team and for me, because I won’t be able to count on him every day. He knows that he is a person that I like a lot. But he made the best decision for him and I’m really happy for him."

This kind of slur is so tiresome and it's just relentless.

Why bother reading it, life is to short
