Its Frustrating To See The Club Have Made An Effort To Listen To The Fans But Then Failed To Execute The Plan To Exactly How The Fans Wanted It.
It's Quite Obvious To Everyone That A Certain Aspect Of The Atmosphere Created Comes From Direct Communication Between Home And Away Supporters, So It Should Have Been Made Absolutely Clear The Away Fans Still Need To Be Located On The Bottom Tier Near The More Vocal Home Fans.
On The Back Of This We Also Felt It Would Be Extemely Beneficial To Join The "Singing Section" (109,110,111) With The South Stand (116,117,118), Once This Happens It Leaves Simple Mathematics To Solve The Rest, Simply Fill The Now Void "Singing Section" With The Away Supporters.
As A Result Of This, You Have All The Vocal Groups Together Creating A Kippax/Kop Style End, And The Away Supporters Tucked Neatly Away In The Corner But Still Close Enough For The Unmissable Volume Battle.

The Problem With The Decision The Club Has Made, We Are Going To Essentially Replace The Vocal Away Supporters (Atmosphere Creaters) With City Fans That Dont Understand The Routine, It's More Than Likely They Will Sit Down And Stay Moderatly Quiet And That Area Will Now Become Theoretically Empty, The Words 1 Step Forward, 2 Steps Back Comes To Mind.

For Those Who Cant Picture This In There Head, I've Added The Stadium Seating Plan Below.

I grasped the point decades ago .Football teams play football supporters support whether in the kippax the north stand or platt lane Maine rd was often a morgue but I loved it if you need somebody to organize your singing join a fuckin choir

not the sharpest tool in the box are you? no we're not ultras and thats why the atmosphere is shit, because there os no correlation between the fans. As DD said the two singing areas are constantly singing different songs at the same time. Groups like the blue alliance are trying to improve the atmosphere, whats the problem with that? Quite clearly the club agree and thats why they are trying to improve it yet, the boring moaning element like you slag them off. Nice one.

You have to question how shit our support is if we need some away fans next to us for us to sing "who's the faggot in the pink" to create an atmosphere.

Our home support is in the bottom three of the premier league and this is why.

Aris, Poznan, Napoli and German fans are allowed to enjoy themselves. We're treated like 6 year old children.

Rubbish, every football fan no matter where they come from in the world are allowed to open their mouths and sing as much and as loud as they want, especially in this country.

The thing most people seem to fail to grasp is that it is not a coincidence that any atmosphere is either side of the away fans, it's not as though there was a big bank of fans there from the beginning and were then parted by the away fans and now long to rejoin to make the ultimate singing force. The fans that sit either side of the away fans have been pulled there due to the away fans.

Teams from Europe just do football supporting much better and that is something we have to accept and realise that as long as we are held down by football authorities and crazy pricing then it's not going to get any better. When I was watching Napoli they were mainly young men, smoking, having a laugh and generally getting into it with one guy orchestrating what they were doing if we tried to properly enjoy ourselves the riot squad would steam in.

Good luck and let's hope it does improve things, but I can almost guarantee it won't make one bit of difference and will start to fuck people off with City once again thinking they know best. It's taken people nearly ten years to develop and move to more atmospheric parts of the ground.

And 'crazy pricing'?

What are you a chelsea fan gone adrift or something? Ours is the most reasonable pricing in british football for sure. . on a talent on display for the pounds paid basis we may even be the most reasonably priced club in the world.
And do you think that the napoli fans paid next to nowt to travel all the way from italy, get a ticket into the game and stand there smoking fags? . . or did they actually take time off work, pay through the nose for transport and food etc then pay approx the same as us to get in?
Think about it then get the humble pie in the oven.

I'm not moaning about City's pricing policy in comparison to other clubs in Britain. The point on pricing was football in general in this country as opposed to abroad. Some young groups of lads can not afford to pay £30 each week in week out and even if they can it is difficult to all get seats together where they can actually make some noise without being shouted at by some tit with a flask. There are many problems and reasons why all British football crowds are not as good as fans abroad and I can promise you that one of them is not that because where we are sat.
