His sense of humor is fantastic. On his ig he wrote that his other knee got jealous :)
Get back soon big guy .

Unfortunately,(although he is improving),in my opinion Zinchenko has a touch of the Kolarov's in his game at LB,hardly busts a gut to get back if caught in possession, which he has done a few times, but I won't knock the lad,as we all know he's not a LB,and like I say he is improving, just needs games I suppose, but Delph will get in before him for most games I reckon
I like Delph but he seldom plays twice in a week so Zinchenko is likely to get a number of games. Delph also manages his own fitness to the extent that he sometimes tells Pep that he does not feel good enough to play when the medics / physios are giving the thumbs up. He knows his body best.
Mendy has only started 21% of the games we have played since he joined us (i.e. 16 out of a possible 76).
That has to be a concern for the Club as they are receiving a very poor return on their investment.
I like him as a person and love his attacking play but defensively he has problems, if he keeps getting injured we will have to replace him.
Its difficult to argue with this opinion right now.
Think he was injured a lot even before he signed for us. Not been a great signing so far.
Injuries aside, i get what he brings to the side going forwards, especially against lessor opposition but as a player, technically i find him to be sloppy at times and as a defender when needed, distinctly average.
Its not an easy role being a full back in a Pep side and he might have been playing with niggles etc but he has a lot of improvement to make imo and i hope he can do it.
