Merry Christmas Bluemoon!!!

My Christmas getaway was put on hold by a few days due to an ice storm! No electricity and nextdoors tree decided to smash up bits of my house! Either way I managed to getaway in the end. It will be all insurance bollocks when I get home. I heard parts of the UK flooded or got stormed on too!

Anyone heard from Barcon? Hope he didn't have too much damage!

Just left mince pie and carrots for Santa and co with my little 2 year old who is buzzing for tommorow

Dad has recovered from cancer, our first Xmas at home so all going well this should be a good Christmas !

Think he posted earlier in the thread suggesting you might have no electric and hoped you were okay.
 
Please spare a thought,and maybe raise a glass......for all the guys and girls who are on duty,in various circumstances and in various parts of the world,over the festive period.

They are performing an admirable role in frequently difficult situations while missing their family enormously.

Just put the kids to bed, 7 & 4.
I can only describe them as bouncing. Really reminds me of being a kid:)
