Messi?? Now they are clutching at straws

IF it is Messi that Cookie has gone to see, then Barca must have given the OK, which would indicate that there is some truth to their money problems. And IF we did sign him, all those twats who say we are ruining football, would be filling away grounds just to get a glimpse of him in action.

I think Barcelona would have to be very seriously up the shitter financially to even consider it. I honestly don't think their financial problems are as bad as some are suggesting.

Barcelona are obviously Messi's club, not least because they were the club that financed the treatment for his growth deficiency as a kid and as such it will be almost impossible for any club in the world to prise him away.

Growth deficiency??? Never heard this...

*starts planning genetically held back children so they grow to play well*

If Barcelona do have troubles, they could easily sell Pique, Iniesta, Henry, Ibrahimovic, Bojan, Valdes even Xavi to make the money back. They don't have to sell Messi.

Ah we can all dream about a player of that caliber being a City player one day.

*starts the old Kinkladze daydream again*

Dont think theyd be selling Henry as hes already left on a free but a team like Barca wont need to sell any star players because of the money they will recoup through ticket sales and merchandise. They have just sold the Ukranian centre back(cant spell his name so not attempting) and they have a lot of other fringe players like Henrique, Marquez and Jeffren.

Also we where linked with a Boca Juniours defender earlier in the season i think its Munoz but im not sure so thats what he could be there for or he just might fancy a break whilst Mancini tempts the players to sign

my memory is falling. I can not remember the name of a club.

that club in past years has sold a young man named Maradona.

and then also a young man named Ronaldo (the real one).

as well as flags Guardiola.

can someone help me remember the name of that club?
