It's a terrible if not simply lazy metric to routinely tout the next talent as the next anything much less the best player of all time. I'm sure City has a great youth setup, they clearly have a good approach in place and it will eventually bear fruit

How have I touted a talent, I didn't even name a player.

And yes, we have a great youth set up that will eventually start to produce top academy players to step up to first team and hold their own against anyone.
