Mesut Ozil, could we be missing a trick here?

The amount of times this has been said and still people dont seem to get it. If the Milner deal goes south we will not be looking at Ozil.
 
I have been thinking the same thing, i know money isnt really an option to us. But 20 million and ireland for James Milner, or Ozil for 8 million. It doesnt make much sense to me. Ozil is technically better than Milner, and i think he is just what we need in central attacking midfield. If we dont get him, i just hope the rags dont either, as I can see him being around for a long time, and at 8 million, it would be a great buy.
