I think Villa didn't insult Ozil. There were several tv footages shown in spanish tvs and different persons were trying to analyze what really happened. If one is to believe these persons and if you watch the videos carefully, it looks like Villa and Ozil didn't exchange many words. The whole fight seem to have occured when Ozil threw away Valdes hand off.

I will also seriously doubt that Villa will say anything against Islam as Abidal was right next to him. I won't be surprised if this is one of Mourinho's many conspiracies.
