Methadrone - Meow Meow - M-cat etc

I could smoke as much weed as anyone when i was younger and loved being chilled out and enjoying the laughs we used to have.Just one joint now would have me paranoid as fuck!

In a night?? Jesus mate, I'm no angel but that's impressive.

yeah but that is once in a bluemoon. If im in sankeys the world is my oyster.

Im exactly the same about weed as you. I cant touch the stuff, the feeling it gives me is terrid. I get really paranoid and feel very uneasy and vulnerable.

I love getting wired though, i feel very in control and know my limits. Strange.

Weed and acid: Not for me.

Not read all the thread but there's some typical ignorance spouted in it.. I've not touched methadrone and never will so I have no opinion on it.

But there are some ridiculous comments made about weed, ie "it causes psychological problems".. what a dumb assumption, the fact is it CAN have that effect with SOME folk. Just as alcohol has a negative effect with SOME folk..
We all know some numpty who has a few beers resulting in some brain dead urge to fight, argue and generally turn into a total cock, but even though they know it will they admit it or stop drinking..? will they fuck.. why..? cos its legal and therefore acceptable, and drinking ridiculous amounts resulting in memory loss and puking up in the street is even seen as a positive thing by many sad arses..! But if someone has a few joints in their own home and cause no hassle to themselves or others, some retards condemn them for it... what a warped illogical society we live in.

I rarely smoke much these days, but I spent 20yrs smoking cannabis on a daily basis with no adverse effects at all, I've worked as a joiner all my life, have the obligitary wife and two kids, own my own home and will happily defy anybody to question my level of intelligence or to claim I have psychological issues after my long term usage..! And as I stopped smoking it daily a couple of yrs ago cos I basically got bored with it, it makes a mockery of its so called addictive nature. Therefore it's a bunch of arse to make such ignorant assumptions..!

Deaths connected to alcohol will always be tens of thousands more than those connected to drugs, so which is the true evil..? and not one person ever has died from cannabis abuse..! I rest my case.

Strange that, I know a lot of the sankeys crowd and apart from my close mates, theyre all the same as you, can't handle weed at all. These are the same lads that'll drop 5-6 garys whilst out and then get home and do a few lines of ketamin, yet they can't handle bud, very strange. I'm in love with cannabis, can't get enough of the stuff but it comes at a cost definitely, still wouldn't stop me smoking it, I see it as a hobby tbh, been Amsterdam a couple of times, some would say I'm a conasour!

first of all i'm a bit bemused by some of the vitriol and naiivety displayed towards drugs, cannabis in particular. it has killed NO ONE, ever, end of. admittedly some people are of a genetic predisposition that dictates that they will not react well with it and could induce some psycological episodes, though that has yet to be conclusively proven. schizophrenia actually fell in this country as cannabis use increased by the way. my cousin smoked for a little while and quicly mixed it with other drugs and is now a vegetable who needs constant care these days whereas i have smoked it almost every day for 7-8 years and am the same as ever. but why would an objective FACT like that be taken into consideration when we can read the daily (hate) mail and scare ourselves stupid with everything under the sun

and in regards to the recent mcat deaths. this may come accross as cold and cruel, but i am so fuck it. don't go blaming drugs on these idiots, if you don't know thew effect of a substance then take it easy and don't mix it with anything. did anyone take up smoking and cane the whole pack in one go? anyones first alcoholic beverage a bottle of whisky? one less idiot in the world really.

-fluoride in the water linked to cancer and other issues
-chemicals and pollutants from car fumes linked to cancer and others
-processed food available everywhere linked to vitamin defficiencies resulting in all manner of health issues including cancers

all issues potentially dangerous to our health but i don't see nearly as much concern for these things because we are'nt told to concern ourselves with them and just shut our mouths and buy the propaganda whores stories

if a person does something that has no effect on your life whatsoever, then it is none of your, or the governments business. thats the beginning and the end of the argument really

Good post.

I'm going to sound cold and heartless now as well....it really annoys me when they wheel Leah Betts' parent out whenever there is a drugs death. That's hardly an objective opinion is it? Where are the parents of the millions of people who have been taking drugs most weekends for all their lives with no detrimental impact on their 9-5 living?

It's a daft question I know because these parents haven't got a clue what their thirty something, graduate, successful offspring have been doing at weekends most their adult life but I'm sure you get my drift.

As an aside, but it's related, it annoys the hell out of me when the media get the relatives of Hillsbrough victims on the telly and radio to be interviewed whenever the topic of safe-standing arises. It guarantees that the topic never gets reasonable debate.

I actually bought some to feed my flower, this is what happened...

It's all about freedom of choice.

Some people choose to take drugs, some people choose to abuse drugs and others abstain and prefer to drink instead.

Each to his own.

Making Meth illegal won't really change anything other than give more money to organised crime, cause the product to be cut with god knows what resulting in more deaths and a loss in tax money.

Prohibition has never worked and it never will.

The two biggest killer drugs is a good example?

Yes but legal. So deemed 'safe' enough in the eyes of our government.

That was my point, there is only one way to distinguish alcohol and cigarettes from other illegal recreational drugs: taxes. I don't believe any should be legal but if they are why not allow the rest and tax the shit out of them? That would restrain usage and benefit the UK economically.

you wouldn't wake up each day and chin a couple of diddles unlike waking up and having a spliff.

not for me, each to thier own :)
